This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or modify a reservation request with Andes Way Chile.
Cancelling a Reservation Request
To cancel a reservation request, simply message us via WhatsApp at +56 9 4664 7806 or email contacto@andesway.cl, including your name and the date of your requested service.
Since we do not collect online payments through this website, cancelling a request that has not yet been paid does not involve a refund process.
Confirmed Reservations
If your reservation has already been confirmed and a payment arrangement (bank transfer or card) has been made directly with our team, cancellation terms — including any applicable notice period or fee — will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation, based on the specific service booked.
We encourage travelers to notify us of cancellations or changes as early as possible so we can release the reserved time slot for other travelers.
Modifying a Reservation
Changes to dates, times, passenger numbers, pickup or drop-off locations, or itinerary can be requested via WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability.
Weather and Force Majeure
For mountain destinations such as Valle Nevado, Farellones, El Colorado, La Parva, and Portillo, road access can be affected by snow or weather conditions. If a planned trip cannot proceed due to road closures or conditions beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the itinerary whenever possible.
No-Shows
If a passenger is not present at the agreed pickup location and time and has not communicated a delay, the service may be considered a no-show. Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.
