Reservation Policy

This Reservation Policy describes how reservation requests work for Andes Way Chile's private transfers and tours, including what information is needed and how confirmation is handled.

How to Request a Reservation

You can request a reservation through our online booking form, the trip planner, or directly via WhatsApp or email. Each request is reviewed individually by our team.

To help us prepare an accurate response, please include your travel dates and times, number of passengers, pickup and drop-off locations, preferred language, flight number (for airport transfers), hotel name, and any special requests.

Confirmation Process

A submitted reservation request is not automatically confirmed. After receiving your request, we verify vehicle and driver availability for your requested date and time.

Your reservation request has been received and will be confirmed after availability verification. We will contact you by email or WhatsApp, usually within 24 hours, to confirm, suggest alternatives, or request additional details.

Passenger and Luggage Details

Our vehicle (Hyundai Grand Creta 2026) accommodates up to 7 passengers. Please provide an accurate passenger count, including children, and let us know if you are traveling with ski equipment, large suitcases, or other bulky items so we can confirm suitability.

Payment Preferences

We do not process payments online. During the confirmation process, you can indicate your preferred payment method — bank transfer or card — and our team will share the details needed to complete payment directly.

Flight Delays and Schedule Changes

For airport transfers, please share your flight number so we can monitor arrival times. If your flight is delayed, let us know as soon as possible via WhatsApp so we can adjust pickup timing whenever feasible.

For tours and multi-stop itineraries, schedule changes should be communicated as early as possible so we can confirm whether they can be accommodated.
