Andes Way Chile is a legally constituted company offering private transfers and curated tour experiences in and around Santiago, Chile, operated with an authorized vehicle (Hyundai Grand Creta 2026, capacity up to 7 passengers) and a bilingual driver.

We are a private tourism and travel-planning service, not a taxi, ride-hailing, or on-demand public transportation service. All trips are arranged in advance.

Submitting a booking form, trip planner form, or WhatsApp message constitutes a reservation request, not a confirmed booking. Every request is subject to availability verification.

Once we review your request, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm availability, finalize details, and agree on the service.

Accurate information (dates, passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations, flight number, hotel) helps us confirm your service faster.

Prices are provided upon request and depend on the route, vehicle availability, duration, and season.

We do not collect online payments through this website. Accepted payment preferences are bank transfer or card, coordinated directly with our team once your reservation is confirmed.

Our vehicle has a maximum capacity of 7 passengers, including children. Please ensure your party size and luggage match the information provided in your reservation.

Passengers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup point on time and for providing accurate flight and hotel information so we can plan accordingly.

Passengers must follow the driver's instructions regarding safety, seatbelt use, and vehicle conduct at all times.

Itinerary changes, flight delays, or weather conditions (especially for mountain destinations such as Valle Nevado, Farellones, or Portillo) may affect schedules. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes when notified in advance via WhatsApp or email.

Andes Way Chile is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Andes Way Chile takes reasonable care in providing a safe and comfortable service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed connections, third-party activities, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
